(Bo) 0000 Red Roan Roan Appaloosa Gelding for sale in WI, USA Bo is approx. 15.1 hands. We are asking 2500 for him, but price can be negotiated. We have just been using him for trail riding. I believe that he was used in western pleasure at one point. He has the slow jog, and a very smooth lope. He is utd on all of his shots and coggins negative. He is one hundred percent sound, and i will guarantee that. And he does trailer very well. He does have a shorter tail and mane. And I would consider him a red roan. He seems to neck rein, but does need a refresher on it. Responds very well to leg and voice cues. He backs, and does roll backs very well. Bo is a very easy keeper. He is on pasture and gets grain once a day, and he is plump. He rides well with other horses on the trails but will go out alone. Everyday I ride him, I am more impressed with him. He catches on to things very quickly. His feet are in very good condition, he gets trimmed every 6-8 weeks, and stands very well for the farrier. He will stand at the trailer all day long if you ask him to. Does not kick or bite, has impecable ground manners.
